Tenant Screening
We will run a credit check, background check, verify rental history and verify income.

Collect Rents
We collect the rent and mail net proceeds or direct deposit proceeds into your account of choice. Monthly statements go out around the 15th of each month.

Advertising
Available rentals are listed on our Available Listings Sheet, Website and MLS.

Inspections
Move in and move out inspections and all other inspections within the allotted time frame as specified in each individual Property Management Agreement.

Maintenance
Timely, competent maintenaance of the premises will be kept to protect your investment which will be specified in each individual Property Management Agreement.

One-Time Leasing Service (Owner to Self Manage)
We will show your property, advertise as stated above, screen the tenant(s), collect and disburse the security deposit(s) and first month’s rent and prepare and sign the Lease.
